Fried Pork "Torresmos"

Ingredients

1 bay leaf (optional)

Lard

Pork belly

Water

Preparation

1.

Cut the pork belly into medium-sized cubes. Put it in a pan with a little water (just enough to cook the meat), add a few pinches of salt and the bay leaf. Leave to cook until the water has evaporated.

Add the lard and fry until the greaves are golden and crispy.
