Míscaros Rice of Sátão

Ingredients

Míscaro from Dão

Q.B. Olive oil

2 Garlic cloves

1 Onion

400g Rice

500g Spare ribs

1,5kg Míscaros

Q.B. Paprika

White wine

Bay leaf

Salt

Preparation

1.

Make a stew with the onion and bay leaf, then add the ribs and salt and leave to stew for 5 minutes.

2.

Then add the míscaros and white wine, leave to cook for 1 hour, then add the rice and paprika, stir well and when it comes to the boil, taste.
